Cancellation Policy

Hypnotherapy Session — Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking All sessions are booked through our online scheduling platform. Full payment of $247 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Sessions are 60 minutes and conducted virtually via Zoom. You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link after booking. Appointments are available on weekday evenings, with limited weekend availability upon request. You may book up to 30 days in advance. Cancellations We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - Cancellations with 24+ hours notice — full refund or free rescheduling, your choice - Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — 50% of the session fee ($123.50) will be retained - No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the session — the full session fee is non-refundable - Genuine emergencies are handled with discretion — reach out directly and we'll find a solution Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the booking platform or by emailing carlton@coachingkaleidoscope.com. You may reschedule up to two times per booking. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Waitlist When the schedule is full, you can join the waitlist through the booking platform. You'll be notified in order of registration when a cancellation opens up, and will have 12 hours to confirm before the slot is offered to the next person. Joining Your Session Please connect to Zoom a few minutes early so we can start on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and the late cancellation policy will apply. Payment All sessions are paid at booking via credit or debit card through our secure platform.
