Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Booking Policy - All sessions must be booked through our online scheduling platform. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Sessions are 60 minutes in length. - Standard session fee is $200 per session. - Appointments are available on weekdays (evenings) with limited weekend availability upon request. - Clients may book appointments up to 30 days in advance. Cancellation Policy - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. - No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee. - Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of genuine emergencies at the therapist's discretion. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. - You may reschedule your appointment through the online booking platform or by contacting me directly. - Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times before requiring a new booking. - Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for the same week. Waitlist Policy - When my schedule is full, clients may join a waitlist through the online booking platform. - Waitlisted clients will be notified in order of registration when a cancellation occurs. - You will have 12 hours to confirm the newly available appointment before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. - Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment but significantly increases your chances of securing one within your desired timeframe. Late Arrival Policy - Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure subsequent clients are not affected. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show and the full fee will apply. ## Payment Policy - All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking. - Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards through the secure online booking platform. - Package rates and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
